WHY ISN'T EVERYTHING ON SALE?

We have been in the retail business since 2002. One thing we have learnt, is people are smart. You guys know when something isn't legit. You will never see on our site 'was $499, now $99'. That's a scam, and we all know it. So, at Into Living we will just give you an everyday, legitimate price. If you don't believe us, google the product and you will see that our everyday price is pretty close to the other sites, 'Special Price'. I'll bet that they have never sold a product at their 'normal' price. Now that's a scam and downright illegal.

We want you to be confident that whenever you shop online at Into Living, you will be paying the same price today as you will tomorrow. None of this second guessing yourself, and wondering if it's going to be cheaper tomorrow or next week.

DO YOU DELIVER AUSTRALIA WIDE?

IS THERE A COST FOR DELIVERY?

Sometimes. There are some items that we sell which include freight to your door, depending on your location. Please see in store for details. If you live within 50km to our Carrum Downs store, we offer a free delivery service. Please note that delivery whether free or charged, does not include setting up of items, or unpacking and taking away of packaging material.

If you live within 50km of our Carrum Downs warehouse, we offer free delivery on everything that is sold online. Please note this service does not include the setting up of any items or unpacking and taking away packaging material.

DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?

No. At this stage we do not ship our products overseas.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR ORDER?

Once you place an order with us, as long as we have the product in store, we will generally send your order out within 48 hours. Please note though, that most of our products will be sent to you directly from our suppliers, straight to you. Delivery times are usually within 7 days, HOWEVER, deliveries can take up to 21 days to get to you. Please wait at least 14 days before contacting Into Living regarding your delivery. 

WILL ANY ITEMS ARRIVE TO ME FLAT PACKED?

Yes. To keep delivery costs and damages to a minimum, there will be times when assembly will be required. Don't worry though, there will be instructions on how to assemble the item. Beds, Dining Tables, Dining Chairs, Stools and Outdoor Furniture are the main items that will arrive flat packed.

DO YOU OFFER A SET UP SOLUTION FOR FLAT PACKED ITEMS?

Yes, we sure do. If you prefer to have your items assembled, we can offer you this service as well. There will be an extra charge for this service and also it may not be available in all areas. Please check in store for these details.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

If after 14 days, your order has not arrived, please email our customer support team at contact@intoliving.com.au and we will find out what is happening with your order.

MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED

When you have received your goods, and you have the unfortunate issue of damaged goods, please contact our customer support team at contact@intoliving.com au. Please do not send item back to 'INTO LIVING' until you have been given written approval. We will need photographs of any damaged goods.

ARE ALL GOODS AUSTRALIAN MADE?

No. Whilst a lot of our goods are produced in Australia, a lot is also sourced from around the world. We ONLY ever use reputable suppliers that are just as passionate as us about the environment. So rest assured, that piece of furniture is only manufactured from sustainable products.

DO YOU USE REPUTABLE SUPPLIERS?

Yes, we are passionate about our wonderful world. For this reason, we only use suppliers that use sustainable timbers or better still, we like recycled products. A lot of our timber furniture is made using timbers from old ships, buildings, even bridges. What a story they could talk about. We regularly travel overseas to our suppliers, to ensure that everyone is doing the right thing for our environment. If we are unsure, we move on to someone else.
